Faux hawk or Mane and Tail

Today's hairstyle is called the fauxhawk, or I like to call it the mane and tail. This is a fun look if you have little girls who love horses or if you're a teenager and you want over the edgier look, but you don't want to shave the sides of your head! Hope you like it!

Basic Dutch Braid

So it started a few decades ago.  I would coerce one of my three younger sisters into sitting and "practice", lol!  We didn't have t.v., so I had some time on my hands.  I learned every braid I saw, and I got very quick at it. It would go something like this, "Maaahhhhm!!! Ange is hurting me!!"  "Angela!!! Be gentle!!!"  And if I didn't I would get it! I learned to be light fingered and speedy.Now all of my kids are in school and once again I have time on my hands.  So I'm going to try my hands at hair tutorials.  Hope you like them!
